    Oh my God, the characters in this novel are one of the best I've ever seen in any story. It's really rare to find a story, whether it's a manga, a book, a novel, or a game in which most of the side characters are amazingly deep and clever And this novel did it. I hope the author continues like this really

    This is the novel that made me boycott Quidian when they dropped its translation. For the past few years i've been reading novels everywhere online but on Quidian. And i just found out today that they started translating it again. I'm so happy, my boi Thales is back!!!

      In my opinion kingdom's bloodline is on the same level as lotm and RI A great novel But that is my opinion not yours, give it a try if you can see what makes this novel better than all the others then you will like it, if not it's never late to stop reading. a lot of people did this along the way don't let them disturb your journey. have patience and use your mind, don't wait for thales to be that mc who is everything in the novel and eveything else is just there to make him look cool and perfect he is a child he learns with time he makes mistakes and the others are not fools. That's all I have to tell you, I hope you will like it.

    before I decide to start...what kinda tragedy does it have? I don't have problems with the ones necessary for the story development when it's in moderation but if it's of tragedy genre or something I'd like to avoid. the rest about the story...I think I'll try a couple chapters out and see for myself.

      MC doesn't face any major tragedy it's just that he has to go through a lot a hardship. His companions have huge expectations of him but he struggles to build up his persona as per their wish, only struggle that MC has is to decide to act as per his wish or as per what people expect of him. Beside it he hasn't faced any tragedy so far. The background of characters can be tragic but in the present he hasn't faced any typical tragedy.The world in itself is grey with constant brawls, skirmish, schemes thus it isn't the safest place

    Alright bad new for the official translations, it’s in mtl but there is a Paetron account that translates it properly so if admins use that one instead of the mtl it would be 100x better. Hopefully they don’t use mtl but idk

        The official one is readable since it’s mtl and somewhat get checked over but the paetron one is like 10x better since the person actually rewrites some of it and fixes most of the grammer. I just hope the website uses the paetron one but I doubt it since it’s more expensive. Also the official one is on webnovel if u want to check it out but most of the chapters are locked. This translation for the website is really solid till like the last 20 chapters then it sorta falls in quality translation wise but other then that it’s really good.

    while this novel has flaws ( slow pacing, no rest for the MC, MC isn't the smartest nor strongest character in every arc, recklessness is punishable in the story so mc can't do what you r typical arrogant young master does despite being a prince and having ancient powers and abandon everything) the story telling, plot , world building ,multi dimensional characters of this story is on par with LOTM and RI, every characters are differently fleshed out with various traits, unnecessary info dumps at earlier chapter comes handy in future chapters, even some schemes are better than RI... it's easily one of the top 5 novels in this site(personal top 2 alongside LOTM)... what people need is probably patience to enjoy it

        I don't know if you have read the story or not but after 50+ chapters most common comments in this site are the one p*ss*d off of the fact that MC isn't the one playing chess but rather is a chess piece and want him to abandon his background, or want him to go berserk but in perspective of novel that is not possible which they fail to comprehend. If you have read quality book novels then those aren't flaws but people reading wn/ln want fast paced story with op MC , face slapping people not someone who is underestimated or goes through hardship.so I am saying those are flaws considering the general audience using this site.

        Really. It's just a full-fledged book. The characters are lively, smart, insidious, deceitful, cruel, different. The world is harsh and gloomy. The world moves without a hero. In the background is what is happening(Something bad 🤫😁) . Very realistic and harshly written. But this story is not for everyone. Too harsh 😅.

    Good news guys official translation is starting back up. I have no idea if they’re gonna start at the beginning or just go ahead and start where they left off. But it should be better since it means this website might update the Novel.
