      MC can be said to be a good person since most of the he helps police, to the point he thinks the police station is his second home.

    I read this novel in vietnamese, which was a bonus because chinese can be closely translated into viet. I was scared shitless, like I couldnt even to go to the toilet. Gonna try this english version now lol.

      Can you tell me without major spoilers I've read the first 10 chapters a while ago but I don't see how it can stretch to 1200+ chapters Does the mc actually fights or is it a misunderstanding novel what's the direction of the novel ?

        Let's say even maniacs fear him. Let's say he has been provided missions to solve which will result him in getting cues for his parents (No leveling system is their).Missions have star ratings which will define how scary a mission will be. Also, he needs to successfully keep running his House of Horrors. I won't go in more specifics as it will create false expectations but it will definitely be a good read for you.

    Best Horror I have ever read in my d*mn life. I had to take a break because I was too scared to read more. There are 4 more epilogue chapters in the novel. But I can't find them pirated. 😕

        Guess what. I found them and currently saving those. They're in snippets so first gotta save them then convert into text and create a pdf file. Before it's ready to handed out to fellow fans. Edit: Done downloading. It took half hour haha. I skimmed through them. Teo Chapters are Dr Gao's Epilogue and other Two are Zhang Ya's Dream or nightmare. Both of them are good although Dr Gao's ends on a cliffhanger.

      No why would he ? What does progression fantasy mean. It's Horror with lil bit of face slapping. MC inherited his families Haunted House due to his parents being suddenly missing. Now, he need to manage the haunted house meanwhile looking for his parents. For which he'll face Ghosts, Crazy Perons, etc.
