Guys, has the stupid arc of his memory loss ended?

The beginning was good, with the psychic struggle and magic system being decently crafted. However, after the academy arc, it became kinda boring ngl

as per the last chapter i think he is healed and is not merging or awakening the human side because of some reason of loosing from night and leeech the dragon side merged with the abomination side though so this amnesia thing should be ending soon

For any newcomers trying to read comments to see if the novel is worth it: Yes it’s very much is Yes it’s long, just take your time, don’t gotta finish it by tomorrow Yes it has its „bad“parts, surprise but everything does All the people complaining are just spoiled in entertainment imo Read it, I promise you it’s the best novel I’ve read so far

ts is not good. many of the scenes are dragged out seemingly for word count only, and it got so unbearable to the point i quit in the 2400s. It's not the worst read in the world, but as its one of the first wns i read, it luckily set my expectations low, allowing me to appreciate others much more.

If this is the best novel you have read than you haven't read anything.

yeah, i have a lot of complains with this novel, mainly about the bad romance buildup (the f*ck*ng deadlock the main character hets entrapped in about chosing one of two women and he picks the women that i hate the most around 1300 chapter where it gets too much involved with the story after which i dropped it) This novel was better off without romance, the magic system and the world is beautiful though

The novel was doing decent till that romance. Everything went downhill after the romance.

yeah, 95% novels in this website have very bad english as most of them are translated which destroys all the quality, But for new readers who are bad at English reading a 1000+ improve their English.

Worst fights in Supreme Magus history: Manohar (Genius Fake Mage/ King of Light Mastery/ Blade Tier Spell under his arsenal ) vs Orpal ( Stupid *d**t/ Nights bond/ Night’s Blade Tier Spell) Winner: Orpal Thrud Griffon (White Core/ Golden Griffon/ Mass of a ducking DIVINE BEAST) vs Queen Sylpha ( Violet Cored Fake Mage/ Human) Winner: Queen Sylpha

Many inconsistencies in power scaling in this story. Especially how Monohar such a great character got killed off and for what? f*ck*ng Orpal? who should have died in 1/3 of the current story. Author at this point is farming negative energy surrounding Orpal and Night lol.

I remember that Manohar had humiliated Night before.

I agree with you on the first one, but in the latter not. It was a good fight, first, the queen was an awakened, albeit a fake one, but she had the armor (with the compressed mass) that would fit a griffon, obviously she had more experience in fights than Thrud (I bet that not everyone can have a guardian with thousands of years of experience for a training partner) and (that's my opinion) the queen was more talented, the six streaks and all, while Thrud got her powers with forbidden magic so it was not something innate, and even in some points she said that she tried to live under the radar, so it wasn't like she fought or trained magic every day

Both are missing very important details. Bet you hatr the god of war games. I mean a human killing Gods. Worst fight idea ever

Nah, Kratos beating the living sh*t out of the Olympic gods can only be described as badass. His redemption arc with his son in the later games shows true character development.

In Ghost of Sparta, it is revealed that the oracle had foretold that the demise of Olympus would not happen by the hands of the Titans—imprisoned after the Great War—but rather by a mortal, a marked warrior. Fair he is mortal (of a living human being, often in contrast to a divine being) subject to death.

Used to be one of my fav but after 1800 chapters I stopped for a moment and actually never came back because when you stop binge reading, ask yourself what the actual f*ck is going on in this novel and you can't answer, you know it's a mess. Past a certain point, nobody has a clear goal, it's just about getting stronger and fighting stronger ennemies with a power balance less and less coherent. I can't totally tell you to not read it because I honestly enjoyed it a lot at some point but I now find it dull and frustrating. It's not as well written at the top novels on this site so if you didn't already read everything there, you shouldn't start SM. Otherwise, do it.

Spot on mate. Too many inconsistencies in the story line regarding power levels. At some point having pink core was something very few could have... then suddenly a lot of characters appearing with white cores lmao. I also found all the guardians too hypocritical, " we can do what we want - but we don't get ourselves involved even if our relatives are dying" like wtf it's either u have the power to do whatever u want or u don't. I never liked these "forced" bs reasons by authors when they disallow certain characters to get involved. Connections/allies are also a strength of sorts. Also i believe many readers got fed up with constant Orpal and Night survival it's just terrible story writing, just annoying readers at this point past 3k chapters lol.

This. I‘ve had the same misgivings with infinite mana in the apocalypse. After 2000 chapters, i couldn’t even remember most of the names of mc‘s harem, let alone the antagonists and if there even was a plot. It was just 100 to 200 chapter increments of „I now reached the top of this plane, I’m now the ultimate pro max alpha male. Oh look, a new sky above the sky. Gotta surpass this final ultimate realm. Oh look, another one.“ felt like I was reading the embodiment of a Matryoshka doll.

Although what he is saying is true. That doesnt mean account into overall good or bad novel. İ would say that novel does deliver extremely good in all aspects up to 2k chapters. After that you can drop it. İt turns into life sim+fantasy world kinda 😁

The first 2k chapter is indeed good but why should new readers waste their time on a story that becomes stagnant after reading 2k chapters? It is not worth the time from my perspective
