      Haven’t read this but simple answer to this question for every series; is the mc trying to go back to being a guy or trying to maintain their lifestyle as a guy? If not, then if they get with a guy it’s not gay, if they get with a girl, then yes, it would be gay. Same as person who’s trans here, where if they get with their same biological gender, it wouldn’t be gay due to them attempting to be a different gender.

        in the mc's previous life as a king he gazed on the face of the goddess and fell inlove with it and so he never had eyes for anyone else, on the mc's next life (female) she has no interest whatsoever in romance as she wants to pursue swordsmanship in this life, when she doe grow older a bunch of characters do have feelings for her (a lot of girls btw, boys sure but not as many)

      It depends. . . i don't really want to get into a sexuality discussion here so I'm just gonna say my piece and leave it at that. If the mc becomes a chick and falls in love with a dude it's only 'gay' if the mc constantly brings up the fact that they were a guy in were previous life and expressed initial disgust or dissatisfaction at the idea of being with a guy. If the mc gets with a chick I'm not really sure cuz it's usually tagged as Yuri or shoujo ai and in those series the mc tends to be more tomboyish while in the gender bender gets with a guy the mc tends to go from being staunch on an idea of masculinity to being stereotypically feminine. (Acting like a standard shoujo protag) sorry if my explanation offended anyone it wasn't intentional I just tried to answer the question in the way that made the most sense to me.

    I don't care too much about the gender gender swap of the MC like some of the others. I just don't find the writing that good, not enough detail is written into her actions and thoughts to make the world interesting. IDK if it's related to the translation but the writing just comes off pretty boring, I know much is lost in some translations maybe that is the case here?
