The story is great, and the style of the author is not for a literature novel, but is relaxed and coherent. The end of the novel is in no way near 2025. The MC is not a god, and when he step in godhood is another story... Maybe the author can cut it in 2 books. If you want this story to continue, you can go to the official site to read (every chapter said it).

Without any bias, just straight fact, Primal Hunter does not touch Shadow Slave. Primal Hunter does not beat Shadow Slave in 1 category. While I agree with you on almost everything, I do think that PH beats SS in terms of side characters and especially character interactions. The characters in SS aren't bad. I would say they are good, but they aren't amazing either outside of the main cast, like Sunny, Cassie, Mordret, and, very recently, Nephis; the characters are very basic, but they do their jobs well enough. The rest of the characters aren't really anything to write home about. SS's literal only flaw is the characters and how they bounce off each other, but I do think SS has gotten better at this as it has gone on, but it still is only good in this aspect. Also, PH is only about half as long as SS, so it might get better as it goes on like SS. In terms of the first 900 chapters of each series, SS is constantly good; however, in my opinion, PH has better highs but also lower lows. They are both bangers tho

I stopped at chapter 300 but I wouldn't give that to PH to me cuz if you consider SS basic with some of their side characters, the ones in PH are even worse, their uses are mostly all one dimensional, and cannot touch, Mordret, Morgan, Cassie, Effie, Kai, Jet, pretty much everyone in the Antarctica arc where I can't remember their names, Noctis and all the Saints in there, The woman from the Great River who saved Nephis and Sunny(Don't remember her name). It's just none of them touch these characters at all in writing nor enjoyability. (Also Nephis is the Deuteragonist)

Idk how, the only reason I got to chapter 300 in this was because I liked seeing his numbers go up when he hunts things, beyond that and I skipped chapters because anytime they talked I either cringed or it was just boring asl
