Cant believe it took me to 2200 chapters before I realized this isnt a cultivation novel. The peak of this realm still has normal life span. :(((

the dislike limit on this website never ceases to disappoint me. The amount of comments I wanted to dislike because they are giving the novel too much credit. This book is average AT BEST; 3/5, and that's a stretch. realistically, it's a 1/5, and because it has so many chapters full of the same garbage over and over again, it's 0/5. Power: as someone mentioned below me, each person can only use the same one skill at equal levels. terrible Plot: MC is overpowered, over-glazed, and for 'some reason' stronger than people levels above him. lots of plot holes, and plot armor. a new ability was created literally just for MC Romance: garbage. he keeps chasing one girl who for dumb reasons can't be with him. also goes after other women, but for some reason side characters think he's loyal?? anyway, classic Chinese novel, with it's 2d characters who are arrogant for plot, and too stupid for brain. I don't know how this is top 100, or why so many like it. I'd say more but reached word limit

I went to chapter 120 and even at that point the romance is very bad, I've never seen a magic power system so bad lol everyone of the same element and at the same level can only use the same spell

Hmmm don't remember much from when i read but as far as i remember wasn't a bad novel Fight were kinda fun and blood boiling So I'd say somewhere around 4.6/5

Last time I read this, the translation turned horrendous around chapter 2700. Now there are new chapters coming out again, I’ve gotta ask before I reread if the translation is fixed or not. I loved reading this novel so I’ll give it another go if the translation holds out all the way through.

I lasted 1191 chapters and couldnt take it any more. Classic villains and useles allies and i mean completely useles the plot feels 100% forced most and i mean 99% side characters suck incliding fmls. Power system sucks and the author can say one thing first chapter and the complete opposite im the second one. Overall its chinese novel, you habe to turn your brain off and read. I lasted only this much

Overall: 4.2-4.3/5 the overall novel is good only issues are with the ending and plotholes (it might be because the translations were wrong and it's not plotholes, but I don't know). other than that, the novel is an entertaining read if you are looking to read something for a while, it has comedy, epic fights, and okay-ish romance (it is harem and I don't agree with a couple of choices, IMO). I would highly recommend it for people looking for a good cultivation novel.

Guys is this finished? I usually don't read Chinese novels, but the Manhua was pretty decent, so I thought I would give it a try now that it has been discontinued. If anyone knows, can you let me know what chapter the manhua left off on? Also, is this translated or MTL? I don't want to have a headache every time I read a sentence.

The ending is meh, if it really is the ending considering it just feels so unfinished, but the novel itself is a very good read despite it's ups and downs. The MC is entertaining and you won't ever get bored of him - he's very shameless in funny way, the side cast is extremely solid, memorable and they stick around until the very end not to mention each of them has their very own plot and character arc going on seperate from Mo Fan. Although just like any other Chinese novel - asspulls, convenient plot points and faceslapping is also part of the package. The translation goes bad at certain points and the author also has a tendency to forgot what he wrote. Romance is there too, if you're looking for that. Power system is good but unfortunately by the time we get to the end it has become very 'abstract' thanks to powercreep and there is basically no sense, rythm or rule in what a character can or cannot do with their abilities - so it kinda becomes hard to keep track of it IMO.
